Shipping Policy
Shipping and delivery dates are approximate. In case you've provided incorrect shipping details, kindly notify us via email promptly. If an incorrect shipping method is chosen (e.g., selecting Free Mornington Peninsula shipping for a location outside the area), we will withhold the product until the correction is made. Please note that all our prints are crafted on demand, leading to a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipment.
Local Deliveries
Complimentary delivery is provided for all orders within the Mornington Peninsula with a swift processing time. For specific delivery dates or custom orders (subject to the current waitlist), kindly reach out to me via email: monica@oneobservation.com.au
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted after purchase. We only facilitate exchanges for products damaged or defective. To initiate a replacement, proof of purchase and photographic evidence are required, and a new item will be shipped out accordingly.
Lost Packages
Loss or damage to a product is beyond our control. We will provide tracking details including the date and time, with the shipping providers information for the customer to investigate.
